Real estate leasing is a simple alternative for financing real estate investment.

This form of financing is specifically intended to finance your investment projects, available for SMEs and large companies.

Acquire a new warehouse for your company, a new headquarters for your company, an office, a new store, a house, etc… for personal use or rental.

The terms can vary between 24 months to 180 months (2 years to 15 years), and you can benefit from a maximum usage period of 12 months when it comes to construction contracts.

The amounts range from 100% of the value of the real estate investment, plus acquisition taxes conditioned to the property’s appraisal value.

Interest rates can be variable (indexed to Euribor) or fixed.

You can choose to make an initial down payment if you wish or if required, and you can also set a residual value between 2% to 5%.

Your investments are usually protected with mandatory insurance guarantees, multi-risk, and civil liability when applicable.

Also benefit from tax advantages in the exemption from Stamp Duty (IS) as leasing operations are not subject to Stamp Duty (credit and interest).

You can also finance the IMT of your purchase as well as its exemption upon the transfer occurring at the end of the contract, by exercising the right of purchase option.

Expenses and interest charges included in the rents and the depreciation of leased properties are accepted as tax costs.
