3. Scope of operations

The credit proposal(s) aim to analyze with the purpose of financing the declarant in the context of Housing Credit, Consolidated Credit, Car Credit, or Personal Credit.

4. What data is processed

In the analysis of the credit proposal(s), the verification of the economic-financial capacity of the proposer(s), and the assessment of their solvency by the Banking and Financial Institution(s) (with a view to their eventual approval and signing of the credit contract), the declarant expressly authorizes “Visão Financeira-Unipessoal, Lda, Credit Intermediary to:

1) Collect their personal data, such as full name, marital status, date of birth, tax identification number, civil identification number or equivalent (citizen card, residence card, passport, foreign citizen or similar), address, information regarding income, employer, email address, phone contacts, tax data, among other data that are considered relevant for the analysis of the credit proposal;

2) Obtain copies of the identification card (citizen card, residence card, passport, foreign citizen or similar), proof of address, proof of IBAN, last pay slips, income declaration, and bank statements;

3) Transmit and send the information and documents referred to in points 1) and 2) to the Banking or Financial Institution.

The omission or inaccuracy of the data provided by the declarant is entirely their responsibility.

5. Express authorization

The declarant, holder of the data, expressly and consentingly authorizes “Visão Financeira-Unipessoal, Lda, Credit Intermediary, to send, by computer means, the collected data to the Banking and Financial Institution(s) and that they may give the same computer treatment with a view to analyzing the credit proposal(s). The privacy policy for the data processing of each institution can be consulted on their respective websites.

The Banking and Financial Institution(s), in the context of their identification, analysis, and other legal requirements, need to consult databases of public entities, namely the Tax Authority, the Social Security Institute, the Bank of Portugal, credit risk information companies, under confidentiality and in order to verify the information and data provided by them and analyze the credit proposal. When deemed necessary, these institutions may contact the employer of the declarant.

6. Rights over your data

The declarant, holder of the data, has the right at any time to access, rectify, update, and request portability or deletion, limit the use, or oppose the processing of the data provided by them.
